The rent is per undivisible period and comprises: the use of a fully furnished apartment including 2 sets of household linen, VAT, phone, fire insurance, property taxes.
* Costs of the commons: satellite TV, high speed internet connection, maintenance and power of the commons (elevator, washing machine, tumble dryer,...), waste recycling. VAT to be added. VOIP landline covers Europe, USA, ... free of charge.
Monthly invoiced or at departure at cost price + VAT: gas, power, water and other services rented such as cleaning and parking.
A parking space is available at 150 euro/month + VAT.
The optional weekly changing of household linen is charged at 10 euro + VAT per week/bed.
A tax is also charges in case of non-residency.
Final cleaning is charged at 30 euro/hour + VAT.
A deposit can be required. Rent to be paid monthly in advance.
No hotel services provided.
