The rent is per undivisible period and comprises: the use of completely furnished apartments including 2 sets of household linen, VAT, television,  phone, fire insurance, tax.

Costs of the commons are TV distribution and satellite, WIFI connection, maintenance of the commons (elevator, washing machine, dryer,...) trash recycling + VAT.

To be montly invoiced or at departure at cost price + VAT are phone, gas, electricity, water and other services rented such as cleaning, parking and sauna.

A parking space costs 25 euro/week + VAT.

Hotel services aren't offered: breakfast, room service etc... The weekly changing of household linen is charged at 10 euro + VAT per week and per person.

Final cleaning is charged at 25 euro/hour + VAT.

A warranty can be required. The rent will be paid in advance.

These terms are given without commitment and are at any time subject to change.
