Bernard Hebbelynck, owner of the building, welcomes you in
one of the thirteen flats located at 21-23-25-27 in the Galgenberg. Cinemas and opera
or concert house are within walking distance. Many shops as a chemist, laundrette, grocer, baker and butcher are only fifty metres away. A large variety of restaurants
and pubs are close by.
Trams halt just around the corner and will take you in five
minutes to the station or the city centre.
An appreciated concept.
The flats, although personalised, are all fully equipped for one, two and up to four persons. Much more spacious than hotel rooms, they offer the possibility to entertain, work, read in tranquillity, watch television or simply relax after a hard days work.
They are specially appreciated for the calm surroundings by the women we often welcome as guests.
Each flat comprises :
- A spacious living room with easy laminated floor, comfortable Italian design chairs, a wide screen television with cable and satellite, a DVD and CD player, a desk, internet connection by cable or WIFI and a portable telephone set. The phone is connected to a digital switchboard with your personal phone number.
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
- One or two bedrooms with double beds.
- A bathroom with shower/bath and washbasin.
- An income hall.
- A toilet separated from the bathroom.
- A terrace with a lovely view.
- Ambiance lighting.
In some apartments you will find an extra sofa-bed. Household linen can be provided for and is changed weekly.
There are only thirteen units, but we offer all the facilities of larger buildings: elevator, sauna, private basement, personal safe and mailbox, washing machine and dryer (at your disposal in the basement) and a parking space in our spacious garage.
The organisation.
Room service is not provided for. There is no reception, but in our office, located at the rear of the flats, we offer facilities like photocopy or fax. We are at your disposal during working hours and otherwise in case of emergency because Bernard lives there also.
